Grounds Committee Information

The North Forke Plantation Grounds Committee meets every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. at the North Forke Clubhouse.   Their mission is to ensure the beautification of our commons areas, provde high-quality aesthetics that exhibit a sense of pride in the community, and contribute a positive impact to our homeowner's property.    2008 proejcts that are being considered are listed below.  Suggestions and feedback may be submitted to the Board or to the Chair of the Grounds Committee.

• Recruit new volunteers;
• Replace the wooden swings at Natchez Pond;
• Remove dead pines and replace with new trees;
• Install a new lighting plan;
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the current landscape contractor;
• Establish new flower beds in front of the Cluhbouse; and
• Purchase new Christmas decorations for the entrances.
