Architectural Control.   

North Forke Plantation's protective covenants provide for a design review process through which property improvements (both exterior structural and certain yard enhancements) must be approved.  As an administrative arm of the Board of Directors, the Architectural Control Committee's (ACC) role is to preserve, protect and enhance the value of the properties in North Forke Planatation by enforcing the protective covenants.  The ACC is chartered with ensuring uniform and equitable compliance with these covenants.  The Community Design Guidelines are provided to amplify and supplement the community's covenants.  Homeowners are encouraged to review these guidelines as well as the covenants prior to making any exterior improvement to their homes.
